Submission of Vendor materials DOES NOT guarantee selection as an event vendor. Accepted Vendors will receive notification via email signifying their acceptance as a Vendor. Please submit vendor packet along with payment to Parks, Recreation & Tourism. 1000 W. Country Club Drive, Payson, AZ 85541.


To be considered for any of these events, the following must be submitted:

  • Vendor fees

  • A Gila County Health Department Mobile Permit or Temporary Permit

  • A Food Handler’s Card

  • Menu and price list

  • A photo of set-up

  • Certificate of Insurance with limits no less than $1,000,000 each occurrence & $2,000,000 general aggregate. The Town of Payson MUST be listed as an additionally insured.

  • Tax ID Number

  • Copy of Driver’s License


All vendors must have a Town Business license or a Temporary Business License to vend. A Town Business license is good for 1 year and costs $90. A Temporary Business License is $25 and good for 14 days. You must have one of these documents in order to vend.
