Submittal of Vendor materials DOES NOT guarantee selection as an event vendor. Accepted Vendors will receive notification either via email signifying their acceptance as a Vendor. Please submit vendor packet along with payment to Parks, Recreation & Tourism. 1000 W. Country Club Drive, Payson, AZ 85541.
To be considered for any of these events, the following must be submitted:
- Vendor fee
- A Gila County Health Department Mobile Permit or Temporary Permit
- A Food Handler’s Card
- Menu and price list
- A photo of set-up
- Certificate of Insurance in the amount of $1,000,000 listing Town of Payson as an additionally insured.
- Tax ID Number
- Copy of Driver’s License
- All vendors must have a Town Business license or a Temporary Business License to vend. A Town Business license is good for 1 year and costs $90. A Temporary Business License is $25 and good for 14 days. You must have one of these documents in order to vend.
