June 9 Sprint Triathlon $50
July 4 4th of July Celebration $300/food (6 spots), $150 wares
August 11-12 National Barrel Horse Association (NBHA) $50
September 1-3 National Barrel Horse Association (NBHA) $50
September 29-30 Fiddlers Competition $100 food/$50 wares
October 31 Trunk or Treat Festival $50
November 17 Turkey Trot 5k $50

Submittal of Vendor materials DOES NOT guarantee selection as an event vendor. Accepted Vendors will receive notification either via email signifying their acceptance as a Vendor. Please submit vendor packet along with payment to Parks, Recreation & Tourism. 1000 W. Country Club Drive, Payson, AZ 85541.

To be considered for any of these events, the following must be submitted:

  • Vendor fee
  • A Gila County Health Department Mobile Permit or Temporary Permit
  • A Food Handler’s Card
  • Menu and price list
  • A photo of set-up
  • Certificate of Insurance in the amount of $1,000,000 listing Town of Payson as an additionally insured.
  • Tax ID Number
  • Copy of Driver’s License
  • All vendors must have a Town Business license or a Temporary Business License to vend. A Town Business license is good for 1 year and costs $90. A Temporary Business License is $25 and good for 14 days. You must have one of these documents in order to vend.
