Date:  September 9-12, 2010 Time:  9:00 am Place: Payson Event Center This is truly a “home-grown” fair featuring everything from farm animals to blue ribbon pies. The fair opens Friday, September 11 at 9:00 am with the livestock featured at the event center and the exhibits across the highway at the Tonto Apache Tribe Gymnasium.  At the event center there will be live entertainment, educational booths, food, and fun for children of all ages. Horse show & livestock, small animals, agriculture, floriculture, handicrafts, lapidary, fine arts, photography, and other exhibits will be on display. Date:  September 12, 2010 Time:  Gates open at 11:30 am - Derby starts at 1:30 pm Place: Payson Event Center The 3rd Annual Payson Demolition Derby  is held in conjunction with the Northern Gila County Fair and is sponsored by Payson Parks & Recreation and Honeycutt Rodeo.  The gates will open at 11:30 am with the derby starting at 1:30 pm.
