We invite all to join us in beginning this holiday season by attending the traditional Swiss Village lighting ceremony and live nativity, followed by the Legacy Home Furnishings and Christmas tree lighting.

Swiss Village Lights & Festivities

This traditional event includes holiday carolers, a live nativity, a lighting ceremony, music, food, open houses and Santa Claus will come in for a visit riding a big red fire truck.
On Saturday 11 AM - 1 PM come visit Santa and enjoy FREE carriage rides as well as "Make it - Take it" crafts.
Located on Forest St. and Beeline Highway.

Home Furnishings Tree Lighting

Home Furnishings (Legacy) located at Highway's 260 and 87 will be kicking off the holiday spirit with a traditional tree lighting ceremony for the community. There will be a short program starting at 5:30 PM and then the lights will officially be lit at 6:00 PM.

The annual exchange of new toys for a plate of tamales will be held at Gerardo's Italian Restaurant (512 N Beeline Highway). The toys generated from this event are used for the Public Safety Christmas for Kids program. Cash contributions are always welcome. APS Main Street Electric Light Parade

The community celebrates this annual event by lighting up Main Street with decorated floats, trucks, and holiday carolers. Come and see the bright lights and enjoy a fun home town family event.

Spirit of Christmas Musical Production

Come enjoy a contemporary musical production of the Spirit of Christmas. Listen to performers as they present a Christmas story filled with a message of hope, peace and love. Holiday House Lighting Contest

Visiting the Christmas Lights around the Town of Payson has become a valued tradition. APS and the Rim Country Regional Chamber of Commerce are planning the upcoming Holiday House Lighting tour.
