Spring Show
This year our 'Neath the Rim Artists' Studio Tour is May 3, 4, 5, 2013. Brochures with maps will be available at the Payson Library, Chamber of Commerce, and at businesses around town. There will be 28 artists showing their work at 18 studios. There is no charge for the tour.
Fall Show
ARToberFEST Art and Fine Craft Show will be on October 18, 19, & 20, 2013 at the Mazatzal Casino Exhibit Hall. Preview Friday night: 5 to 9 pm. Saturday and Sunday hours: 10 to 4 pm. Free Event.
The Payson Art League's mission is to promote fine art and art education in the Rim Country. For several years we have been raising funds through our raffles at the 'Neath the Rim Artists' Studio Tour in May and the Fall Fine Art and Fine Craft Show. The Payson Art League has helped support kids art education and charities with art supplies, books, and hands-on experiences. Some of the programs that have benefited from the support of these raffles are Payson Head Start, Payson Elementary, Middle and High Schools, the Shelby School, Payson Community Kids, Payson Community Christian School, Whispering Hope Ranch, and "Shining a Light in Pine".
It is our goal to increase our art programs and areas of giving in all aspects of art education in the community.
